Purpose

The purpose of this document is to outline how to alter the location of the Pro Patches folder on the machines being deployed to. This is useful in event of size limitations on the C: drive.

Resolution

1. Navigate to Machine View (View>Machines) within the Shavlik Protect Console.

2. Within the list of machines select the machine(s) you wish to alter the location of the ProPatches folder on. Right click and select 'Machine Properties'.

3. Within the Manage Machine Properties window input the path or alternate drive letter you wish for the ProPatches folder to be deployed to (Ex: D:\, C:\Patches, etc.)
