Symptoms
The following message appears in the Microsoft Action Center on machines where the Shavlik Protect Agent has been installed.
"Virus protection (Important)
Shavlik Protect Agent reports that it is turned off."

Clicking the 'Turn on now' button shows the following message:
"This program will not run
Windows did not trust this program because its identity can't be verified"

Cause
The Shavlik Protect Agent is installed on a machine that is associated with an Agent Policy configured with Threat Tasks and Actions but Active Protection is not enabled in the Agent Policy
Resolution
Enable Active Protection under the Under the "Active Protection" tab in the Threat section of the Agent Policy.
