Purpose

The purpose of this document is to discuss the message in Patch for Windows Server 9.3 that states you can only deploy certain patches if they've been acquired outside of the program.

Cause

This message is triggered when there are updates in your scan results, installed or missing, that are no longer publicly available for download from the vendor.
