Description
Beginning on Sunday, November 1, all recurring scheduled jobs in Shavlik Protect 9.2 may run 1 hour earlier than scheduled. This is a known defect related to the end of Daylight Savings Time that will be fixed in an upcoming update to Protect 9.2, tentatively scheduled for release on Thursday, November 5.
Workaround
You can manually implement the fix by performing the following.
1. Open the MS Task Scheduler and navigate to Task Scheduler Library > LANDESK > Protect > Scans and locate the scheduled scan.
2. Go to the Triggers tab and click Edit.
3. Un-check ‘Synchronize across Time zones'.
4. OK out of all screens.
