Description
We have had reports of Shavlik no longer being visible after SCCM is upgraded.
Symptoms
Shavlik Patch shows as installed in Programs and Features and attempting to run the Shavlik Patch installer indicates it is already installed.
Resolution
In order to correct this issue you will need to uninstall and reinstall Shavlik Patch.
Additional Information
Since the patch data is stored in the database and the certificates in the certificate store that data is maintained, however you will need to reconfigure the Shavlik Patch settings, such as the WSUS server and your Protect Cloud account settings.
