When patches are found to be missing by Protect, there are 3 statuses that may be shown under the download column.
No Icon:
The patch is not available to be downloaded by Protect, and will only show as missing for reporting purposes.
Greyed Out Icon:
The patch has not yet been downloaded.
Green Icon:
The patch has already been downloaded.
