Admin 1 sets up the account used to register and connect to the Protect Cloud in the Shavlik Patch Settings tab. Admin 1 clicks the Verify button and the message indicates the full catalog is available for this account. Admin 2 attempts to use Shavlik Patch and is only offered the trial catalog.

Protect Cloud credentials are saved per user profile.
Resolution |
---|
All Shavlik Patch users must set credentials for the account used to connect to the Protect Cloud. You can do this in the Account tab in Shavlik Patch Settings.
