- If you are defined as a superuser for your account, you are able to access the View Contacts option on the menu of the portal homepage after logging in.
- When selecting View Contacts you are presented with the list of contacts for your account that have not previously been marked as inactive. You are able to filter the list further if required (for example by last name or by email address).
- If they are no longer working at your company, you can mark the contact as Left Company, and we keep a record of who marked the person as left for future reference.
- If the person has never registered for the support portal you will see an Invite link next to their name. By clicking on this we will send them an invitation to sign up for a login, and this will also give them access to participate in the community. As you sent the invite to them we will know which company account to associate their username with.
- If the person that you want to invite to the support portal and community does not show on the list of contacts click the Create A Contact button to type in their details. This will also send them an email inviting them to register.
