The purpose of this document is to provide information on locating scheduled tasks via the Scheduled Task Manager.

When scheduling a scan, or scan and deployment, these tasks are scheduled on the Console machine. As a result they can be located by selecting the Console machine within the Scheduled Task Manager (Manage>Scheduled Tasks). The scheduled job will appear on the right hand side of the Scheduled Task Manager window as depicted in the screenshot below.
In the instance a deployment is scheduled following a scan, this scheduled task can be located by selecting the Target machine from the Scheduled Task Manager (Manage>Scheduled Tasks). The scheduled job will appear on the right hand side of the Scheduled Task Manager window after selecting the Target machine as depicted in the screenshot below.
Note: There may be instances where the information presented in the Scheduled Task Manager will need to be refreshed. You may choose to refresh specific machines, workgroups, domains, or all machines by selecting on the machine or group you wish to refresh right clicking and selecting the 'Refresh' option. This operation may take several seconds to complete.
