| Symptoms |

Using Shavlik Patch in conjunction with an authenticated proxy server you are unable to download patches.
| Cause |

If the proxy server in your environment prompts for credentials when accessing the internet, Shavlik Patch will be unable to download the patch files and as a result will not function appropriately.
