Purpose
The purpose of this document is to explain what it means when a D, FD, or C are appended to an Office 365 update Q Number.
Symptoms
Office 365 updates show up in scan results and reports with a D, FD, or C appended to the end of them.
Cause
The new letters indicate the following about the updates:
- D - The update is deferred.
- C - The update is current.
- FD - The update is first release deferred.
